Why isn't the touch working?

    - Check that the Smartboard is turned on. There is a little power indicator light in the lower right corner. It should be green. 

    - If its not then try unplugging the cord from the Smartboard to the computer and plug it back in. 

    - Click the windows icon in the lower left and search for 'Smart product update'. 

    - Check if the Smartboard software has any updates available. 

    - Restart the computer.
