1. Log into the chromebook with your account.
2. After logging in click on the clock icon in the lower right corner.
3. Click on the Gear icon for settings.
4. Click on the 'About Chrome OS' option at the bottom of the page.
5. Select the 'Check for Updates' button. Wait for the device to download any updates and restart.
