For security reasons, there is a specific list of extensions that are allowed to be installed in Chrome.
If there is a specific extension you’d like to be added to the allow list, please put in a ticket at https://helpdesk.philomath.k12.or.us
Some extensions will be installed for you automatically, and cannot be removed. Others are optional.
Here’s how to install extensions for Chrome:
Open Google Chrome |

Click the three-dot-menu in the top-right, then click Extensions then Visit Chrome Web Store |

You’ll be taken to a page with all of our recommended extensions, |

Click on the extension you’d like to install |

Click Add to Chrome near the top-right, |
|
Click Add Extension |
|
By default, the extension will be hidden from the toolbar. To show it, click the puzzle piece |

Now click the thumbtack button next to the one you’d like to unhide (it should turn blue) |

Now it’s right there! |
